Vito New Energies Solutions SA and Helvetiqua SA Form a Strategic Partnership to Accelerate the Energy Transition in French-speaking Switzerland

Vito New Energies Solutions SA, which operates under the VITO Energies brand and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vitogaz Switzerland AG—the Swiss leader in propane energy—announces that it has acquired a 60% stake in Helvetiqua SA, a recognized leader in energy-efficient renovations in French-speaking Switzerland.

Founded in 2025, Vito New Energies Solutions SA draws on the extensive domestic experience of its parent company, Vitogaz Switzerland AG, to support its business and residential customers in their energy transition—beginning in 2026—with a continuous energy monitoring approach that is unique in the Swiss market. This acquisition of a stake in Helvetiqua SA—founded in 2019 by Tahar Hassani and successfully established in the French-speaking Swiss residential market—marks a turning point in the growth strategy of the VITO Energies brand.

Complementarity in Support of the Energy Transition

It was Helvetiqua SA’s business momentum that caught the attention of VITO Energies, a provider of energy diagnostic tools that offer multi-option consulting and safeguard its clients’ investments. Drawing on its network of experts (EnergieLab, Planair, Energroup, Enerprocess), VITO Energies now offers its clients comprehensive support—from consulting to implementation—in a context marked by volatile energy prices and changing consumption needs.

“I am delighted with this partnership, which is fully in line with Vitogaz’s strategy of sharing our expertise in the energy sector and the transition we are currently undergoing with our customers,” said Herbert Schorro, CEO of Vitogaz Switzerland AG.

“This partnership was essential: in a world where the pace of technological advancement must remain in step with our customers’ needs and understanding, innovation will also require new monitoring, management, and financing services,” said Tahar Hassani, founder of Helvetiqua SA.

The new entity will operate under the VITO Energies brand starting in 2027; its operational headquarters will be located in Crissier (VD), and it will employ 16 people. Philippe Gendret will serve as CEO, assisted by Tahar Hassani.
