Our client wishes to optimize the energy balance of its residential building, which consists of five apartments heated by a heat pump and powered by solar panels; an electric vehicle charging station is also in operation.
An energy audit is conducted by connecting the heat pump, solar panels, electric vehicle charging station, and smart meters to our data hub. The collected data is analyzed using our Enerdiag platform, developed by Energroup.
The system, which was installed in 2022 and is in impeccable condition, has nevertheless been optimized in the following areas:
- Reduction of one supply point; the number of points for the heating system's water buffer tank is reduced from 4 to 3.
- Integrating the heat pump with solar power generation
- Signing up for a dynamic-rate plan with Groupe E, the network operator
- Adjusting electricity storage priorities in a 35-kW MODUAL battery, repurposed from the automotive industry
- Sign up for a monthly subscription of CHF 19.-, which provides alerts in the event of a malfunction and allows for fine-tuning of the systems
